No company is perfect and that is true of The Meridian Company as well. I chose them 4 years ago to install a new heating system. Even though they are generally more expensive, I am a true believer in “You get what you pay for.” There have been rough patches along the way with service. However, I am encouraged after HVAC tech Grant fixed a problem this week that seemed to stump even the manufacturer and took over a month to find a solution. Grant was HONEST, personable, confident, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain details to this senior citizen and ACTUALLY showed me what the solution was. From now on my service requests are all going to be for Grant. THANK YOU, Grant, for making me feel like an important and valued customer.
