I had a key pad lock that wasn't working. Dan talked me thru changing the battery and it now works great. I appreciated the integrit if his not coming out and charging me for something I could do myself.

Dan re-keyed my house when I first moved in, and a few years later when I decided it was time to replace my door hardware, I was able to drop off my new hardware at the shop - Meg re-keyed 5 locks to my existing keys, and I was able to pick them up the same afternoon. I highly recommend them!

Great service ✨?✨ managed to lock myself outta my house last night and struggled to find a locksmith who was open/available. Secure Lock & Door managed to get someone out to me within an hour (this was also during the post work rush). Service was friendly, fast and reasonably priced for my last minute emergency ?
