I have not had a mammogram or bone density test since before covid. I now have a PA but can only get these done on my regular annual medicare exam; she does not do them. The problem seems to be not getting a response to set an appointment. When I call the office; as everywhere you can only talk to a choice they give you. It’s very impersonal and discouraging; I mean we can put a man on the moon surely it shouldn’t be that hard to actually talk to someone whose job it is to schedule a 5 minute exam. I believe I have a lump in my breast and they are very tender but that shouldn’t be criteria for what is supposed to be done annually.

I waited months to get an appointment with a prividecertain provider. On the morning of the appointment it was cancelled. I then was automatically rescheduled with a different provider but it was apparently not a real appointment either. Depending on who you talk to the story varies.

It has a few quirks as far as contacting your doctor or ensuring that the message makes it to them. But beyond that I can't think of a better office to be a part of along with the sports medicine staff just down the road, I cannot lose.
