“Sam knows so much about computer technology, I wish I could sit with him for a couple days so he could give me tips, updates, showing me the right way to do things, etc! While showing me what he fixed on our computer, he added so many helpful comments. He did run into a small glitch which resulted in him remoting connecting to our computer. After I had met with him and reading other reviews, I trusted him enough to allow him to access the computer remotely, which saved both of us extra time. And, he even did this over a holiday. His goal is to give users appropriate programs and information so that we should be able to handle future issues (i.e., using OneDrive for storing everything so if a computer crashes, we just log into OneDrive with a new computer and everything should be there!). Well, that may be true, but I would still call Sam if I have computer issues.“
