Everything went well from booking online, receiving confirmation & checking in the day of my appointment. The office is well decorated & inviting. Keely was my massage therapist & she did a fantastic job. She asked clarifying questions & made sure to note what I wanted & did not want. I felt so comfortable the entire time & was so happy with my massage. I will be returning soon.
All of the discs in my neck are herniated and I started seeing health and Harmony to help me get past the pain and they have been wonderful. They go out of the way to make themselves available and do an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I had a massage by Bea and it was excellent. The pressure was perfect and I left feeling rejuvenated. The next day I was a bit sore, as expected from a good massage, but I really started to feel more limber and pain free in the days that followed. I highly recommend Bea and Health & Harmony.
