Hands down the best people to rent from in EL as a college student. They are super laid back and kind people who see you as an actual person and not just a money bucket. They take care of things promptly when you bring them up and charge you fairly. I subleased partway through the year and it was a super easy and straightforward process. Also they’re super helpful on the phone- we called a few times through the year with questions or to sort things out and they were awesome. Ive gone into the office too- they’re really just good people running this. I think it’s two brothers.

Had Hagan for two years, and I could not recommend them enough. Our two houses through them were great and they could not have been better landlords. They’re super chill and understanding of everything. When we were looking for houses the second time around we limited it to ones owned by them because they were that much better than the rest of the landlords

My daugher and her 3 room mates have been there the last 2 years and I can honestly say they have been well taken care of. They place has been kept up from Hagan and they have been very fair compared to the last place she rented from . No complaints at all .
