Crunch is your mediocre corporate gym- it's okay but could use serious improvements. The women's locker room- usually disgusting, out of toilet paper and paper towels. Trash on the ground. Machines- some are broken for months. Seems like a genuine lack of care for cleanliness and operational equipment. Membership cancelation- BUYER BEWARE. This happened to me, my husband, and a friend. When you approach the front desk to cancel, they ALWAYS use the line, "the manager isn't here, you'll have to come back..." as a way for you to either forget to cancel or not want to deal with the red tape. Signed up a few years ago and used to be better then. Way too crowded, with people and machines. They recently re-arranged the layout so spin (which is supposed to be its own top level membership to access those classes) has been moved to the group fitness room and the spin room was given to stretching space?? How does that make sense? There also has not been consistent classes even besides when they say “a new season is coming up, new class schedule coming up”. This makes is pretty hard to try and build a routine with classes or targeted routines included. Not to mention, the teachers don’t stay for long… Also the equipment doesn’t fee clean bc the wipes break... read full review

Great equipment and trainers. However, the facility does not seem to be cleaned regularly and the locker room is disgusting and gross, especially the floor and plumbing fixtures. Sanitizing wipes dispensers are not immediately refilled. Health club restrooms should be pristine. I personally brought it to the manager's attention and he gave me stock excuses, "it's hard to hire cleaning staff," and "we keep trying." They should just hire a janitorial service...there are plenty. If they don't show up on a certain day, the manager should clean the locker rooms himself.
