Dr. Winnie is fantastic, compassionate and he listens to you. His staff is wonderful as well. He takes time to answer any questions you may have. All though, the reception desk leaves a lot to be desired. The work station is a hot mess. Tampons, drink straws and a bunch of miscellaneous stuff is piled up by the monitor. It doesn't look very professional with all the unnecessary clutter.
I have been to Compass Rehab several times. I appreciate the staff and Doctors. there. The only problem is sometimes getting in, due to the fact they are very busy. But, once there, you are well treated and the treatments have helped a great deal.It did take me a while to figure out their online sign in, though. Hopefully, I have it now.
The Therapist are knowledgeable, professional and are very good in establishing the correct treatment plan for your physical therapy needs. The entire staff are very nice and friendly and they have several different therapeutic options such as a pool, acupuncture, etc. I recommend this facility for your physical therapy needs.
