We are first time home buyers and were recommended through mutual contacts to get in touch with Jeff. Boy are we glad we did! He’s very knowledgeable and easy to get in touch with. With it being our first home and having some unique features to the home, Jeff was through in his explanations and went above and beyond when inspecting our home. We’ll definitely be recommending him to our friends and family in the future.

I do want to give him 5 for being nice and kind but I feel maybe he wasn’t thorough enough on the inspection because I had gone through a lot of money after the fact on things that I feel could’ve been addressed. He also started the inspection before I arrived so I wasn’t there to witness anything that was done or not done.

Jeff Hill was suggested to me by my realtor for my home inspection and he was worth every penny. The inspection took almost three hours to thoroughly check the house from top to bottom and answer the hundreds of questions I had for him. Spending that much time on an inspection showed me that Jeff is there to perform the inspection to the best of his capabilities and not just collect a check. For the concerns that I had on that house that were addressed, he took additional time to inspect in order for me to have a better peace of mind.
