We are coming up on our third season of using Scot and Greens Master. We have been so impressed with everything regarding Scot's service, knowledge, expertise and helpful hints.The service is amazing! I love receiving text messages earlier in the week letting me know when he/the team is coming. Over the past couple years I've been able to bend Scot's ear with some trouble/weirdness in the lawn and his knowledge has helped a ton.The best thing, of course, is having a lush, green, healthy lawn throughout the entire year. 7 minutes agoFirst lawn company to ever repair and beautify my lawn. No Glyphosate which is very important to me. I’ve never been satisfied with anybody else more than Greens Master and I’ve had about 4 different lawn companies in the 26 years we’ve owned our home. Scot is a hard-working dependable guy who delivers on his lawn care. You can trust him! Greens Master is the best lawn company in my opinion.

Scot is the type of person I wish I always interacted with in every business. It was clear to me instantly just after submitting the request for a quote that he is a strong believer in under promising and over delivering. The initial response I received said he would be out within 48 hours to review and send my customized quote. He was out in less than 5 hours and I indeed had my customized quote the very next day. And I could instantly tell it was customized based on the unique attributes he called out. I then asked to speak with Scot directly just to get to know him, and he spent 30 minutes talking me through everything he saw, recommendations for what I can do to help make my yard look good that he doesn't charge for, the best way to get rid of the stupid moles in my backyard, and then complimented our home very much. Scot is someone that I could see forming a great friendship with just based on how he cares about his customers. I signed up the very next morning as I had no doubt this was someone who stands by their word and business and I wanted to be a customer of Scot's and have my yard look as good as his other customers. Thank you for the outstanding customer experience from day 1 Scot, can't wait to work with you through the season and make my yard look like the previous owners did!
