I was very impressed with the professionalism, service and punctuality of Martin Mosier. My well went on Wednesday, we were without water. I had no idea if it was the switch or pump or the well ran dry. I had experienced this at another location and was expecting the worse case scenario. After talking with Martin on the phone he assured me he would be there the following day. He provided estimates and his communication was thorough. He showed up precisely at 10 as he said he would, with his son Chris. They immediately went to work, diagnosed the situation and did not try to up-sell me or provide services unwarranted. Called about my water pump and he was very helpful to answer my questions and he encouraged me to just take care of the problem myself which I did and was very easy and I appreciate him encouraging me and saved me some money, did not use them, but I definitely will in the future if I have any more needs
