Tom is fantastic! We have had him repair several appliances over the years and he is always very responsive, works efficiently, and finds a solution. He will tell you whether a repair is worth the cost or not, and he has even helped us coordinate a warranty repair with our dealer. One time he came out for a dishwasher repair, discovered it was just a blocked trap, cleaned it out for me, and didn't charge me for the service call. Very honest, very reliable, and you have the benefit of an independent contractor who isn't trying to "up-sell" you. Love this business!

Service was excellent. Our refrigerator was a challenge. I'm so glad we called him after another company didn't cooperate with us. Our fridge is finally fixed after 9 qeeks. Thank you!
