Steve & Pam are absolutely fantastic! They have helped with my dad's plumbing needs and also installed my water heater. They are always prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. As long as you understand the bill in advance. My bill was more than expected because they charged me from a service call in West Lansing back to Eaton Rapids for my 20 minute job so I had to pay for 1.25 hours which made my bill 168.79. The owner was suppose to call me because I voiced my displeasure, but just cashed my check. My first impression was not too good. I tried hiring local. As a widow it’s frustrating when you feel taken advantage of by service contractors. The young man was very nice, but when they didn’t come the first day they were scheduled, then he told me he was right in Eaton rapids and drove to west Saginaw and back to my house I felt duped.
