Completely dissatisfied with this clinic now. I have been a patient here for at least 10 yrs. Can't call directly to office anymore. Goes to a central call center and on hold for 12 minutes. Recording says hang up and call 911 if emergency. Only choice i have is to wait as long as they want me to wait. Unacceptable. After reaching a nurse at the clinic, I was unable to even ask my generic health question before I was questioned as to why I did not give my name and was accused of working around the system and was hung up on. Certain staff members BULLY patients, order unnecessary tests, and judge you if you suffer from any mental health problems or substance dependency. NO COMPASSION. Very disappointed, I don't recommend this clinic in the least.
