This place is very well run— the staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful — the facility is clean and has everything you’d want for your workout whether you are a young or old person. There are even swim programs for tots. It’s usually not that busy and the music playing is NOT BORING or Obnoxious. The crowd tends toward the over 30 crowd. Plenty of seniors. There are many super services and programs to explore. Average cost.
We stopped in because my sister has a membership. It costs $20 for a guest pass, which is pretty steep for a day pass. One of the big draws is that they have two different pools--one for laps and the other is a warm pool. It's not as warm as a whirlpool but is pretty warm so it feels luxurious to swim there. The little kids take swim lessons in the warm pool. The upstairs gyms are very adequate. There's many nautilus machines and some free weights. There are dozens of treadmills and ellipticals separated from the weight room. The entire upstairs has a track. I can't speak for the men's but the women's locker room was very neat and orderly. For the amount of traffic, the locker room is very clean, too. For a small township, this is an incredible gym. I hear the membership is $70/month per person, which is a great deal. Just know that if you want to drop in, it's rather expensive.
This gym has all you need when it comes to working out. It has a full weight room, a track, a million treadmills, a basketball court, and more. There also are men's and women's locker rooms which are super nice. Most everybody is respectful. I would highly suggest it. 9/10 gym.
