I am very happy with the work Dexter Builders did on two bathrooms in my home. The project was extremely well planned and organized. Rachel Hill is an amazing project manager, remembering every detail of my job. She got back to me right away with any question I had and kept me fully informed of the schedule. No disappearing contractors.
There is a world of difference between hiring a single guy who is “good at building things” versus a well managed team of experts like this. Every worker was a professional in his field, and also friendly, respectful of my home, and happy to cooperate with me on my design ideas.
We had a great experience with Dexter Builders, our project was a three room remoldel which consisted of a kitchen, formal living room and dining room foot print. Our older (1969) home had a living room/dining room space that was walled off from the kitchen. We had a good idea of what we wanted and how the final project would look. Two Load bearing walls, with plumbing running through, one non-load bearing wall and kitchen soffits were to be removed to open up all three rooms. We added some new cabinets, all new countertop, lighting, flooring, paint, and crown moldeling. Professional, reliable! All of the crew is so talented and caring. They worked a huge home project for me with many pieces and sub projects — beautiful results!! We go back a long way. I always call them for my home renovation and beautification needs.
