“I have been working for Think and Do Partners for just over two months. It is by far my favorite job I have had. As a single mom, it is very hard to find a job where you can make a decent living and still be a part of your childs life. With this company, it is very possible.

Kristen is very accommodating when it comes to needing a certin schedule or more hours. She's not your normal "sit in the office and give orders kind of boss". She works side by side with us and goes above and beyond for her team and our clients. As a boss, she has my utmost respect for that.

Before this job, I was in management and found myself at work more than I was present in my son's life just so I could make a decent living to support us. At this company I have the best of both worlds and that's thanks to this job. I only wish I had met Kristen and Think and Do Partners years ago.“
