“Finally found a place that does Japanese hair straightening! Moved here from out of state and have been looking for a place to get my hair permanently straightened and finally found it. The first place I went to was okay but the girl who did it charged by the hour and it way too much! It left my hair tangled as well, which has never happened in my 10 years of straightening. This place did my hair for less, still pricey but not outrageous. It also came with the best haircut I've had in years! I have already booked my follow up treatment as you have to go back every 6-8months.“

I am very disappointed in the service I received today. When I walked in for my 10am appointment , I was told the massage therapist was not in but would be arriving in a few minutes. It was that moment I knew I was going to be stood up due to it being past my appointment time but I waited . While I understand life happens, I was assured she was spoken to that morning and was aware of our appointment. Then, they called her right in front of me and told me that she , didn’t know about the appointment. I was offered to wait an hour for her to come in to serve me. I told them no thank you and told them not to charge me and left. I will not be returning to this place again. They wasted my time and my gas to get there.“

“I've been really happy with the services I've received at this salon. My pedicure was great. I recommend paying the upcharge for extra massage. Also, my shellac manicure lasted a lot longer than other salons I've gone to. My nails are somewhat flaky and the polish always chips away fast. 2 weeks went by and I only had 1 nail chipping.
