Bryce was wonderful! He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He made sure to answer any questions I had. I was also impressed with how quickly Orkin got me on the schedule and addressed my concerns. The people I dealt with on the phone were also very amazing!
After being seen in the ER for a reaction to some type of insect I contacted them and within a half hour worried and unprepared. My phone representative was able to set an appointment quickly.. Within 24 hours we had some-one out to check our home and within just 72 hours we had someone out to spray our home! Talk about service!My inspector was amazing. He was incredibly informative and knowledgeable! Nathan came out. Very respectful by putting cover on shoes before entering. Very patient with me since I was freaking out about having seen a rat! He was very thorough in his inspection for entry points and blocking those pathways. I think I can finally relax and get some sleep!
