“Update:The boss of the location reached out to me and talked with me about my recent event. They apologized for everything I went through and went over what happened so they can get to the bottom of things so they can prevent such a thing from happening again. They offered to telehealth me if I needed, since they could hear I wasn't better, and offered whatever I needed to make things right.I deeply appreciate this. Other than this one event, the location has always been wonderful.I thank them again for taking what happened to me seriously and promptly handling it.---------------Honestly, I would usually rate them higher but my last visit was horrible. I came is because I clearly had a respiratory infection of some kind, I knew because of the fact I could literally taste it, was coughing up discoloration of it, coughing up granules, my throat was raw and was swelling. Intake staff was rude, rolling eyes and not noting what I had. When I finally saw someone after, she immediately dismissed me trying to tell me to just use my inhaler, ignoring anything I said. I had to demand to get an antibiotic for the infection (which had turned my mouth white already). Wouldn't even bother looking into my mouth/throat before dismissing me, checked my ears but that is it. Over a week later, I still have problems persisting because they could not bother doing their due diligence and checking me properly. They treated me as if they obviously assumed my issues. Usually I receive better care and my issues, info, etc... is all noted and taken into consideration, but the staff that day was horrible and I would never send anyone to them if that's how they are going to handle things. They can't even claim they were busy, lobby and parking lot empty, I was called back for intake info less then 5 minutes after signing in and immediately saw someone after. So their is no excuse for the gross negligence.Maybe I should of made a commotion while there, but I was tired and weak, the issues I had had made it difficult for me to sleep. But no one who comes in should be treated in such a way. I feel like they stole my money.“

“Was able to walk in and get an appt within ten minutes of arrival. Front desk was courteous and extremely helpful. Diana, the nurse, was thorough and took her time completing the Intake and taking vitals. Very friendly and reassuring. Dr Ronya March examined the pain and swelling site and quickly diagnosed the issue. Clear verbal and written instructions were given. Felt very reassured by Dx and Treatment Plan. Facility is extremely clean, plenty of parking and close proximity to my home. Definitely recommend this Beaumont Urgent Care location in Grosse Pointe Farms, MI.“
