They were the only service to respond to the request and was very informative and help, nice and down to earth. I would definitely recommend and use them for service again in the future. Hopefully not under the same circumstances as this time.Service: Special vehicle towing
Great tow company, showed up quickly. It took the guy that came seconds to load and unload my car safely. I was also able to grab a ride for the 50-mile journey. He also went out of his way to make sure that I was at the correct drop off ( I was taking my car to a place I have never visited). He was also very friendly and professional.
During this visit the staff kept us informed of problems and repair cost as they found them during their inspection, giving us the choice to fix or push to a later date. The staff are pleasant, respectful and helpful. We have been taking our cars to USA Automotive for many years and will continue to do so.
