What a cool spot for yoga and meditation. The Convent, a new wellness and health center in Detroit, is all about building a healthy community. This space has been renovated from a former convent for nuns. The owners of the Schvitz, have done it again, repurposing old places into something unique. I recently attended a yoga and sound meditation event. The Convent hosts a variety of events throughout the month. I suggest following them on social media to find out all about the wellness events coming up.
