Afternoon and I know it's a late post, but I would like to thank Mr Swanson and his staff for the service provided for our sister Mrs Esther R Williams which was held on May 30th 2024. Everything was on point and I was very pleased and my nephews which are her 2 son's were pleased also, if I ever decide to move to Detroit I know where to come for a job. I work under the direction of Mr Robert A. Beck Sr and his son Mr Robert A Beck 11 .

My family is extremely pleased and truly in awe of the level of kindness, professionalism and expertise provided by the director and entire staff of Swanson Funeral Home! We could never thank the team enough for the services they provided on behalf of our Queen Mother, Rev. Dr. JoAnn Watson. From the start of our planning phase through the execution of the service, we felt affirmed, elevated from the depths of grief and highly valued by the comprehensive service we received. I would highly recommend this funeral home to those in need of compassionate, distinguished and highly skilled/affordable care, without exception.

Swanson on west 6 mile prepared my Father ( Mr James Underwood) for his service. If the scale is 1-10 I would absolutely have to rate Swanson a 12. The professional way they prepared my Father for his viewing made a sad situation a little easier. Thank you Swanson family and staff for your great service.
