The best salon in the city my styles (steve) will give me an appointment early in the morning. The place is always clean. He gets me in and out with in two hour's not three or four like most salons in the city.

Love my hair. The location. Just one lil thing. As a shop owner that serves all ages. Don't snap out on employees in front of customers/clients. About conducting themselves without profanity. Your approach is looked at as well. And as a client, I felt the owner snapping out on the employee was way much more dramatic and rude then her using curse words among her peers in the presence of all adults older/ younger. No children. The proper approach. The approach I expected from him. Should have been a more calm different one. And to not say goodbye (as usual) or HAPPY NEW YEAR. WHICH IS SOMETHING HE ALWAYS DOES. Was very rude and absolutely not professional. Oh let's not mention he said goodbye to selected few and then left. Yes you are the OWNER. BUT YOUR APPROACH COUNTS TOO BUDDY. GOOD DAY.
