Jackie did a great job giving me a quote on the damage to my front end and giving me advice on how to handle my insurance claim. She took care of everything for me! She even found a used headlight from a salvage yard that could be used to make the cost cheaper. We did end up replacing the grill because it was broken, but she said it was possible they could attempt to fix it and be very careful in pulling everything apart and repairing it if I wanted to save on costs and pay for everything out of pocket and not make a claim. Kayla Pitts(Service Advisor) exemplified exceptional customer satisfaction. I had a very stressful situation where my truck was being serviced for 7 long months. This could be frustrating for anyone. But having Kayla as my main contact really provided me with a sense of reassurance and calmness. Mrs. Pitts gave me very detailed updates. She provided very effective communication. She always answered my calls and texts. She was polite and extremely helpful. I think Ray laethem has the most perfect employee on their team. She deserves nothing but the greatest in her future endeavors at thr company. Thanks, Kayla! :)

Everyone in the office was incredibly nice and communicative. They replaced my two side doors. It did take longer than expected- when I first dropped off the car I was told they had a very light load and I should get it within a week, but I was without my car for almost a week and a half more than that. However, in addition to replacing my doors, they deep cleaned the inside of my car and cleaned the outside. In fact, they cleaned it better than any car cleaning company I’ve been to in the past few years. The doors work great and you couldn’t tell they were new.
