Note: This review has nothing to do with the quality of service as I didn't end up getting any work done. My issue with this company was their request to receive the payment upfront. I have a rental property that is being put up for sale and I wanted to have my home professionally cleaned. The home is over 1300 sq ft with 3-bedroms and 2-baths. The quote of $250 seemed like a fair price compared to other places I called. An appt was set. I notice that prior to the appt, I received an emailed invoice requesting payment. I thought I was just receiving the invoice in advance. I received yet another email the following day. I sent a text stating that if they were expecting me to pay for the service in advance, I wanted to cancel. The woman, whose name I can't recall, called me thereafter to explain. She said that they can't trust I will pay them after the work is done. I explained that the trust issue goes both ways. I can't just submit payment to someone that I've never met and be sure they will show up. After going back and forth, I told her if they called me before the work is done, I'll come to the house, check the work and then pay. She even asked me if I would sign a document on day of service stating I would pay. I had no issue with that plan. The following day, I get another email asking for the payment. The invoice specifically stated, payment required before work is done. At that point, I was confused. I figured I'd just show up to the appt the following day and if payment was required beforehand, I'd just decline and send them on their way. Out of conversation, I told my mother about the issue, and she volunteered to call them. She was told by this same woman, that if her workers didn't receive payment in advance the day of, they were instructed not to start work. So the conversation I had with her the previous day meant nothing. My mother found this woman to be rude and lacked professionalism. My mother could barely get a word in and told her she had to go and hung up. This woman called my mother back three times in a row so she could continue her rant.I was very disappointed with the turn of events. This company actually missed out on two jobs. I had another home I wanted cleaned as well. If you have no issue paying for work in advance of service, perhaps this company is for you. Not how I choose to do business...

This is my first time ever using a cleaning service, but I couldn't be happier. Samaya and her team is extremely professional. They followed all of my requests to the letter. I came home to gleaming floors and a wonderful clean smell. Thanks, you've got a customer for life!
