We had removed a built-in shelf in the basement which did not have carpet under it. Pat came out, explained what needed to be done, priced it out for us and set up an appt. Pat is friendly and professional. Eric came out to do the work. He took a matching piece of carpet that had been used as a runner and perfectly patched it, integrating it with the existing carpet. He was on time, efficient and did a great job. I wish all companies were this easy to work with and provided such excellent results. We would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to others. Five stars for sure!
