I’ve been coming here for years and the office staff is always so kind and helpful, I love them! But the female optometrist is rude and extremely dismissive of any concerns you have. I brought a concern to her attention about my eyes, which she made me feel stupid about. I then took that same concern to a different optometrist and they confirmed that there there was something wrong and that I was correct.

Such great staff and experience!! I was in and out in just about an hour (including choosing my two frames), and also got set up with contacts! I loved my experience, and this will 100% be my newest doctor. Also, the front desk ladies were phenomenal, and even remembered me when I went back to pick up my stuff. Thank you!

I used to absolutely love this place. Dr. Cooper is excellent and she helped save my vision; so I continued my visits for almost three or four years! But the CSRs’ patient interaction has been horrible in the last couple of years-to say the least! My exam was on 7/30 and I paid almost $200 for contacts and advised to wait about 10 days for them to arrive. However, I decided to get a refund, prescription update, and will no longer EVER return after waiting nearly three weeks to inquire about my order.
