Craig D and Rainer M are awesome. They both went above and beyond to accommodate me during a power outage at the Detroit branch. They had great recalls of in stock product and whereabouts of stock in the store. With the power going in and out at the branch every few minutes they were able to get my order in the system, paid and order pulled! Fantastic job fellas. Thank you.

Today at Grainger Ryan, Craig and Sandra gave me the best customer service I could ever have after there shipment of product never showed to there store I came in 3 times and everything they made me more comfortable with the situation and then the Team went up and Beyound to help me solve my probelm!!!Thank you so much this will be my go to spot for any Grainger needs all because Ryan, Craig and Sandra you guys ROCK!
