I had to return the next day to get the front row redone because it was extremly too tight. They acted as if they could not understand to tight redo. --I also get the feeling they switched the hair I purchased which was 100% human with a 50/50 blend they offer..why else would you slather all that grease on human hair like that. It doesn't feel like the hair I purchased either. They talk about you and all the customers that come into the shop. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOUR MONEY IS NOT APPRICRIATED HERE..
Yesterday was my first time trying them let me say they are so nice! They constantly check on you to make sure you’re doing okay! I love that! Also I had 2 braiders my hair was finished in 4 and a half hours. They are very professional and communicates very well! I love my Boho braids. Genesis will definitely see me again.

For a first time experience, it was horrible for me. My waist length boho knotless took 7.5 hours and my braider was braiding too tight after I told her multiple times not to braid the front of my hair tight because your hair is naturally thinner in the front close to your edges. The women are super loud and it seems they argue back and forth with each other so the entire 7+ plus hours I had no peace. Also the owner made me pay in full after a hour of starting. I probably had 10 braids in my head. I’m most likely not returning. I’m not even sure if I like my hair or not. Never really looked at it. I left and went home and got straight in the bed.
