My braids were 2x the size I asked for and the owner said she was too busy to fix it even though I paid hundreds of dollars. I waited 2 hours from appointment time and then another 6 hours to braid.

This salon is the gross. It's extremely dirty and smelly. Workers were late. I waited outside for 30 minutes. Didn't have the hair in the shop. No one washed their hands. The only time water was ran was to boil water to dip the hair. It took double the time that was advised it would take. They advised there would be 2 braiders it wasn't. There was 3 people but at different times. I hate to bad mouth a black owned business but when the environment and the service is unacceptable why hold your tongue. No I would not recommend to others.

The braids are good but they are very inconsiderate 2 people time they always going to the store leave you sitting there for a long time before they come back and finish your hair they make sure that you got half of a head done so you won't get up and leave and they have a whole lot of kids in there at one time and the be music loud
