I’ve been goin to this studio for years! I’ve been able to watch them grow as teachers and as people! They have truly become tribe and family! I love how our lil family continues to grow! Everyone that comes around, sticks around cause they truly feel the authentic love this place spills! If you haven’t been but are seeking tribe and and a family vibe don’t hesitate! There are classes everyday and I’m sure there is something to fit your schedule! They also host pop up events with vegan food, plants, painting, and a host of other events! This space is also for creators, they are willing to allow you to create here too!

I am so grateful for having found this space. The instructors are all wonderful. Yoga has brought about great changes. I would highly recommend. Great to see something this good going down in the city.

One of my favorite places to go I came to one class over a year ago and never stopped lol , great people excellent teachers and staff they offer classes for all levels of yoga from beginning to advanced best thing I ever did .
