I had chimney caps installed. The price quoted over the phone did not change when job was completed. I was given a complete explanation of the install.Workers arrived same day of my call.
A friend recommended Detroit City Sweep for an inspection and chimney cleaning and I couldn't be happier with the results. I was able to call and schedule a visit within 24 hours. Steven Moore was super efficient, tidy, and communicative about all steps of the process. He was also kind and answered any questions I had related to having fires in my newly inspected fireplace. I will be using DCS for all future inspections and needs, and would highly recommend them to anyone! :)
The service from Detroit city sweep was excellent. The front office staff was awesome. They followed up with you regarding the service they provided. The service staff did a great job. Explaining everything they did, and if you needed other services done. Excellent !!!
