Love this box. The coaches are educated and attentive to needs of members. Class sizes are small and you won’t go a class without a coach addressing you directly and making sure you’re noticed. Love the altruism of the gym as well as they are partnered with multiple non-profits that are a positive impact on the surrounding community. Wouldn’t have met some of my best friends if it weren’t for Core City CrossFit.
Core City treats you like family from day 1. They are attentive to the needs of each athlete pushing when appropriate and scaling to you abilities when needed. Highly recommended to anyone looking to try CrossFit or push themselves to the next level. The 5:30 am class brings the heat :)
What a great box! Dropped in while travelling for business and so pleased we picked this spot! Good size class, great programming and super friendly members. A recommended box for drop ins 100%
