Ali is super professional and his customer service is impeccable. All of our business was conducted via phone because I had to tow my car in and be at work. He took care of me & my car (starter & engine mount) sight unseen! He is very honest, patient, and kind. It was my 1st time dealing with this shop but it definitely won't be my last...I'm definitely a regular now! Sam is very reasonable with pricing and working with your schedule. I'm eternally grateful Sam & Ali...thank you so much!
