My wife and I worked with Austin to sell our condo in Midtown Detroit. He was a pleasure to work with. Austin is an expert in the area generally and our building in particular. He made the process as smooth as possible and we appreciated his responsiveness. His marketing strategy was spot on, and he got us to closing barely two months after the condo hit the market. We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Austin to anyone in a similar situation looking for a realtor.
We had a fantastic experience with City Living Detroit. We relocated to Detroit from the east coast and didn’t know much about the city. Austin quickly understood our housing desires and narrowed our search to a few areas. Because he is so well connected, he was able to show us 2 homes that weren’t on the market. Both were a perfect fit. We ended up purchasing one and couldn’t be happier. Austin was a delight to work with through the entire process and continues to check in with us!
