I brought my KIA to brabsons auto repair on accident. ( I was recommended to a different shop for my exhaust because it was such a wierd problem that another shop couldn't fix) But this accident turned into the right shop to bring it. I spoke with a woman named Nicole and she is friendly, professional and very honest about what is going on with your vehicle. She understood my finance situation and instead of taking the easy route and buying my exhaust all in one piece for an outragous price she found a way to cut the price down by ordering it in 4 pieces and has made sure i was informed through all the steps. You will not find a more courteous and honest staff when it comes to car repair. I took my car in because I was worried that after a certain mileage I needed new brakes. I asked for an inspection and a “worst case scenario” estimate because I like all the information up front in case I needed new rotors too. My estimate was detailed and well within budget. After the inspection the mechanic personally called to tell me that my car’s brakes were still well within good condition and that I actually didn’t need anything done. I am so impressed by the honesty and integrity of this business and I will not be taking my car anywhere else.

I immediately walked in there and said I needed a wheel alignment before they agreed they told me all the information I needed and what did I and didn’t have fixed on the car yet. So they’ll inform you on anything that’s needed including advice before going through with any service. If you need family feeling service, this is definitely the place.
