I'd NEVER been asked those types of questions at any other shop. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Also, when you schedule an appointment they don't have you waiting an additional 30 min or so. They take you right away. There are many other things that I loved but to sum it all up, they do excellent work, I've already booked my next appt and I won't be going anywhere else.“

But if I want a specific look, I tell Araceli what event I am attending and let her do whatever she wants and I always walk out looking & feeling like a million bucks!!!
