Ascension St. John Hospital Physical Therapy, Moross

I am 88 years old been to many hospitals/clinics throughout metro Detroit. I'm shocked to see any bad reviews of this hospital considering my first time here was better than any other medical facility, including other Ascension facilities. I was greeted by friendly staff, and seen quickly as there was no wait in the emergency department. The medical staff were respectful and upbeat. I'm hard of hearing, and they were very patient and helpful in communicating to ensure I understood clearly. I will continue to utilize this Professional hospital.

Hands down the absolute worst hospital experience I've ever encountered. 5 hours and waiting for a possible miscarriage and nobody gives a shot. We're just sitting here suffering while the bodies just pile up in the ER. Honestly, fuck this hospital. Don't expect an ounce of compassion or concern when you come. Here, you are just another number while they try to sort out the crackheads.

well... i cannot believe how horrible this hospital is. i worked here for over 12 years.. Now the way the ER is run is beyond comprehension. we are on hour 3 waiting to be seen. Abdominal pain 8/10 gets you nowhere but a seat in the waiting room full of coughing people and security trying to control a fight in ithe metal detector area. The nurse working the window spoke to me like I was less than human and truly did NOT care about our situation. i feel helpless and the computer system being down is making the whole experience even worse. The labs that were drawn cannot be seen. I was told I would need to request medical records. i will never go back. Uncaring. As an RN... read full review
