“I should start out by letting you know this is going to be a longer review than normal for me.
In 2005 my executive assistant found a mistake we had made in our taxes. I had no idea what to do at the time. We suddenly realized that our company owed more taxes than we’ve been paying.
Immediately contacted the State of Michigan and the IRS to let them know that we found this mistake. However, I was quite surprised of how difficult it was communicating with the State of Michigan and the IRS over a an accounting mistake with the idea of remedy the issue.
Anyway, I found out about Lothemer tax resolution, at this time they were located in downtown Lansing I met with Jesse the owner and within a couple of days he had us on the right track put us in payment plans with the IRS and the state and it was resolved.
Fast-forward 6years ago, I’m not sure why, but I had forgotten about Lothamer tax resolution, and I found myself in another tax situation. This time I went with a different tax resolution company.
It was a long three-year process and right in the middle of the process they drop me without notice. I was out $40,000 in attorney fees and accounting fees..
After this disaster, my wife mentioned to me what about the company that helped you the first time you had a problem. I couldn’t believe it. I had forgotten all about Lothemer tax resolution.
I should note my tax problem is a disaster. The Lothamer group has been helping me for the last three years fixed everything that the previous tax resolution company had done.
In closing, I must give this company a five star review. The reason why, Mistakes were made taxes were messed up, and after paying another company over $40,000 and then being dropped without a notice almost broke me as a human being.
I would name every single person that I’ve worked with at Lothamor, however, I did not ask their permission and the list might be to long. every single single person meet you at your level they understand that you’re under a great deal of stress. Please understand that every single person at the Lothamor group is so busy , not to busy for you….if you communicate with them, they will communicate back with you.
They treat you with dignity, honesty, and respect. The answer your questions to the best of their ability they do not give you unrealistic expectations. I have a great deal of respect for this company and I appreciate every single thing that they’ve done for myself and my wife. Thank you“
