After leaving a message I received a call back this morning. I was informed that for a diagnosis and estimate to save one tree in my front yard (which isn't far from their office) I would be charged $85. As a retired school teacher I would not pay this ridiculous price for just an estimate. I don't know any middle income working people who would either. They need to include on their web page that they will only work for the wealthy.

WASTE OF TIME! I have waited 10 months for Schilbe tree service to come treat 2 trees. They never called or showed up and lost my receipt. I still had a copy so they showed up the next morning. Kevin ( the owner) was extremely rude. He told me after seeing the receipt that I had not paid $25 of a $325 total and that’s why I was not contacted... this confused me since I still owed hundreds for the treatment of the trees he was coming to do... he then began to get upset and say he would not be finishing the job. His demeanor was off the very second he said hello to me. I called for a consultation on some trees. He is talking about all these conclusions but not asking any questions. 1 minute later I ask about a tree, and then proceeds to tell me he DOES NOT WORK in my neighborhood. WHY WOULD YOU COME HERE? This is information maybe you should have included when we spoke on the phone. Do not use this company unless you like being spoken to as an idiot.
