Big shout out to the heating and cooling guys that worked the entire day yesterday to install a water heater and furnace in my mobile home! These guys worked endlessly till the job was done and above and beyond thank you!

Our water heater died on a Saturday afternoon. We called Pollard. They were in the middle of a job but came over once they were done. Switched out the old water heater with a new one. Changed an odd gas valve placement too. After they left (and said they were going home for the day) we noticed our kitchen sink had almost no water output. We called and left a message. Forty five minutes later a man from Pollard showed up (the owner, maybe?). He had been on his way home when he got the message. It was our water filter stopping the water due the sediment in the line. Took him sixty-seconds to diagnose and fix. It was very nice for them to return so quickly to be sure our water was working, when they could have called and tried to diagnose the issue over the phone. I appreciate their quick response and dedication. We will definitely use Pollard again.

I have been fortunate enough to have Howard, along with his team take care of my home for many years. My home is almost 130 years old and is not straightforward - Howard, along with his team are fantastic, I would not trust anyone else but Pollard for my heating & cooling needs. They are very reasonable, efficient and trustworthy!
