Brandy, the wonderful person who is the one who usually answers the phone for Ophthalmic Specialists at the Dearborn office, is absolutely amazing. Always friendly and helpful, super knowledgeable, and seems to be able to answer just about any question you can ask. If not she will find the answer. Dr. Kleinfeldt and his team have helped me to see clearly again. Went here for cataract removal and lens implantation. Very happy with the results of the surgery. His team was very friendly and walked me through the process - many steps - to the end which is good vision. I would recommend this service to anybody looking to have a cataract removed.
My first experience in this office was so-so and I was nervous to come back for my second.. thankfully seeing a new doctor this time who appreciated the patients time..I was pleasantly surprised this go around and felt more than welcomed, heard and taken care of. Dr. Ahmed was kind and helpful and I appreciated his calm tone and patience.However - a very special shout out to Patti (i believe that was the nurses name) that did my dye test. She was awesome. Took time to listen to my concerns as I’m anxious about needles.
