Umma give them 5 stars! Because honestly I've been buying there hair for a second but they really went above and beyond for me! I order there hair during there sale period and it takes up to 7 to 10 days to process the orders with the volume of orders. I ended up getting a tracking under the 10 days but it was on pre-shipment and I inquired and I got a response in minutes. I was concerned because I'm literally week away from my hair appointment for Mexico. I hit them up again she told me she would over night it Monday and I would have the hair. Tuesday I had my hair! I called and was able to set 26 and 24 inch wavy hair to the side. I told the young lady I usually order straight and we both agreed that with the inches set aside straighten it would be more body and they would be 30 inches. That was very honest! This hair is the best quality hair that I have ever had. Hands-down. I love the natural feel and I was able to color it my natural black and it still is not dry and does not shed. I also appreciate the customer service! I will be a returning customer
