I am a new client for contact lense prescription. I had to go back a few times to get the correction and fine tune my needs for contact lenses. I feel that the staff really worked with me and taught me about how best to wear my contact lenses and even exchanged my prescription when needed. Overall a great experience even if you have issues.
Thank you Henry Ford Optimeyes for taking such awesome and special care of my 12 year old grandson. He is autistic and has such a hard time meeting new people. He is also normally terrified around buttons. Among many phobias, buttons is the worst for him. But Joseph knew exactly how to work with him and was exceptionally attentive to his needs. It wasn't long before Joe had him trying on an assortment of glasses and we even bought two pair! You have no idea how much this means to us. Joe is the best... and we couldn't thank him enough!
I’ve been going to OptimEyes for the past six years and have always had a great experience. I recently had a very good visit with my doctor and all the technicians who helped. Sam assisted me and was very helpful and honest in helping me choose glasses that suit me. He was extremely patient and attentive to all my needs.
