I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience my family and I had at the Henry Ford Health Clinic, specifically with nurse assistant Angel.

(1) Lack of Consideration for Privacy: During our 30-45 minute wait in the waiting room, my baby became hungry, and my wife began feeding her. Angel entered the room without any prior intimation and intruded on this private moment, causing discomfort and distress.

Went here for women’s health appointment for my annual check up! My nurse was Gennete Black! She’s a midwife/nurse practitioner she did my exam! She’s very patient, calm and has a great bed side manner! She’s knowledgeable and you can tell she loves her job! I really like her! The center is nice clean and I didn’t have to wait long at all! Was in and out in 30 minutes!

I had my oldest daughter at Henry Ford Hospital 43 years ago. I never had any procedures done there, but my neurologist referred me to a specialist with HFH after another specialist (from Beaumont) dropped the ball on me. I tell you, the team at HFH-Main, Fairlane, and Plymouth got it together! After getting results in October 2023, I had to wait until February 2024 to get an appointment that was canceled by the Beaumont doctor's office without contacting me. I contacted the referred HFH specialist, and pre-surgery appointments were done within a month. As long as I need healthcare, the Henry Ford Healthcare system is the one for me.
