The absolute worst place to deal with. Replaced a valve on my transmission that went bad and instead of replacing the bad transmission they put a band aid over the bad transmission lied to me about it going out and now refuses to cover it and apparently we won’t be the first ones filing a lawsuit against the expeditions transmissions and Ford refusing to do anything about it. The worst made vehicles EVER.
