She always keeps an open line of communication and genuinely cares about her clients. She's done my lips every single time, and every single time she's educated me on the method she's doing for my lips, answered any questions, and most of all, my lips have turned out SO natural looking and beautiful. She did my lips about 3 weeks ago and they looked so amazing just days after, I kept staring in the mirror and was obsessed with how they turned out! She listened to my needs and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will always be coming here for any of my services with Jess & her staff and would trust her with any other part of my face. I witnessed someone be very rude today, they didn't charge her and she wrote a negative review. I hope she reads this because I heard everything that went on and you complained from the word go. You never once said how you wanted your pedicure and then you let her clip all your toenails then complained about them being too short and on top of that you pretended she hurt you.
