“We hired Kevin to install an overhang over our rear patio. He was great to work with. He even held off on the job until lumber prices came back down after they shot through the roof in the summer of 2021. When the job was complete, it looked like it was built with the house. It doesn't look like an add on. The other contractors (roofers, trim & gutter installers & concrete) were amazed at how well it came out. Because they have so much experience and also keep up-to-date on new products, Larry and his crew are very good at suggesting solutions to problems. Our 65-year-old house presented numerous challenges that were overcome by their creativity. The work done for us by L & M included an addition and master suite renovation, garage modernization, and several smaller projects, all of which turned out better than expected. “Pandemic arrived just as I was looking for a new driveway in my 100 year old home. Called around and had trouble getting a quote. Chris DID call back and promptly came out and gave a reasonable quote. Problem was all businesses were shut down due to COVID 19. When things reopened we decided to go with Tomassi Cement. Glad we did. The booked the work while we were out of town. Came home to a gorgeous new driveway. All work materials and pavers were cleaned up.
