Char is a terrible customer service representative. She is rude and nasty on the phone to clients who have been with this company for years. The CSMs are horrible at their jobs and I would never recommend this company.

I have been a client of this company since 2018 when my son became quadriplegic. They prioritize their clients by how much money they get, usually auto accident victims get staffed over others because they pay more. I go weeks without nursing coverage and they ignore my son's care needs. I have spoken with management and my current CSM Rachel as well as the previous regarding staffing and they continue to ignore us. My son gets staffed 25% of the time and it's time I report them to the state for negligence.
